Acquiring expertise At the Medical Center Leeuwarden (MCL), almost all nurses - around nine hundred - have completed the Frenetti scan. The MCL wants to give everyone a personal development plan with training opportunities. In the MCL, the sans are part of a broader initiative to give nurses more to say. All those scans also come with results. The turnover rate among nurses in the MCL has decreased in 5 years.
