Overview of application areas Frenetti solution

Using data technology for measurement, learning and optimization

There are several application areas where the Frenetti platform can help organizations improve the situation using the input data from professionals and students. This can be done by analyzing this data, discussing it, and then intervening in a goal-oriented manner.

You gain insight into all professionals’ current situations and ambitions and can continue to monitor them. In addition, the data outcomes and results of input data can be used continuously and at any time for goal oriented actions for:

  • needs analysis and monitoring of what is needed with regard to skills and competence development. This prevents the use of training courses that are not necessary and can show which training is urgently needed;

  • targeted training, workplace learning, and talent management based on a needs assessment at the individual, team, and organizational level for the benefit of initial and continuous professional development;

  • effect measurement and evaluation of education, training, and training interventions that have been taken and assessment of their quality with regard to learning, development, and professionalization;

  • targeted competence and performance development so that the team is sufficiently equipped to deliver the increasing complexity of care. This contributes to a reduction in avoidable incidents and an increase in the quality of care and safety, not only with regard to the care recipients but also for the professionals;

  • capacity management, planning, development, scheduling, and mobility underpinned by up-to-date data from all professionals to provide 24/7 care based on the variety of skill levels within and between teams;

  • prevention of absenteeism and burnout if this is caused by a gap between the level of performance and the workload. It is also possible to ensure appropriate reintegration and structure of tasks and activities;

  • the ability to handle a high turnover so that a team is back to the staffing standard or reference criteria in terms of skill mix as quickly as possible. Temporary or long-term replacement staff can be reduced to compensate for dropouts by focusing on retaining professionals with crucial skill levels within a department or organization;

  • recruitment and selection for the most optimal team composition. Focus the recruitment and selection process on what is lacking in the capacity-skill mix;

  • preventing students from dropping out during (further) training or starting professionals by matching appropriate tasks and complexity of care to the current level of performance;

  • make strategic decisions based on priorities, formulate targeted HR policy;

  • data accountability in relation to quality legislation and accreditation.
