Your situation
In summary, in this feature the user can few and update their background data such as work hours per week according to the employee contract, availability in hours besides this contract when necessary, work experience in years and when applicable the number of patients to take care for in general during day, evening or night shifts. This data is necessary to combine with the assessment outcomes in order to identify the available actual skills capacity, workload and the quality of the work-learning environment climate or culture at individual, team and organizational level.

Tracking 'missed tasks' to prevent overburdening
The Frenetti platform offers also to fill in ‘I cannot complete professional tasks (partly) during my working hours’ to track at individual, team and organizational level. The purpose of this feature is for targeted accelerated professional development and/or re-design of professional tasks (i.e., organizational change) when the expertise level is not the cause of a high workload. Users can indicate which professional tasks are involved, date from / to and description of the missed tasks. The user can report when the ‘missed’ tasks don’t occur anymore after achieving the next expertise level or re-design of tasks.

In summary, the profile data offers actual background data of the user to generate a variety of graphs to analyse, identify and having concrete conversations and to prioritize what needs to be done at individual, team and organizational level based on data provided by the users. Next, this feature gives the possibility to report and track professionalization activities, achieved skills according to learning plans and qualifications.
